Materials to Lock up stage:
Light gauge galvanized rust proof steel framing system : Structural light gauge steel framing components for roof trusses and wall systems. All wall studs and tracks, clips, angles, roof hat channels, soffit framing, fascia plates, lateral bracing and required fasteners.
Steel roofing system : OSB Sub-roofing panels, 15 lbs vapor barrier felt liner, aluminum valley flashings, drip edges to prevent rotting,
attic ventilation windows all the required fasteners.
EXTERIOR WALLS: Non-combustible fiber cement panels, fiber cement joint and corner trim, necessary caulking sealers
and fasteners + Polystiren insulation bats
INTERIOR WALLS: Sheet rock panels, joint tapes, corner beads, plaster and base boards + mineral wool insulation
DOORS AND WINDOWS: Steel front door with foam core, doorframe, dead lock and keys. PVC Back door where ever applicable.
PVC windows with screens.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION : Wiring, power points, electrical switches
PLUMBING INSTALLATION: PPR piping, cold and hot water system plus drainage system
CENTRAL HEATING: PPR piping, heating elements plus gas central heating unit
CERAMIC TILES: Floor and wall ceramic tiles (budget)
These materials will be shipped at Beneficiary's account from our factory and will be used to build the house on site.
Cement slab foundation will be built by Beneficiary from Engineering plans supplied.
Beneficiary will take care of transport costs, accommodation and food for building team used for the project
